Peyton's Summary

The Loch Ness monster started off as just a lake-monster legend, but grew into something much bigger. It all started in Scotland when a lake creature was presumed to be living in Loch Ness lake. Reports of sightings date all the way back to the 6th century. Many people described this monster as being "huge with a long neck and a smallish head". This description matches that of a plesiosaurus which is a pre-historic aquatic reptile. Other theories of what this monster could be include: an elephant, an overgrown eel, and a ghost. Many people spend their lives looking for evidence of of existence such as the expedition called the Sir Edward Mountain Expedition. Many pictures were released that claimed to be real and factual pictures of the Loch Ness monster. Then, people would admit to faking the picture. For example, a man put a crafted neck and head onto the front of a toy submarine! In conclusion, there is no evidence to support the Loch Ness monster to be real. Many ideas and information has been formed about this lake-monster, but until something is proven, nobody knows whats really true.
